The perfume, titled "Pop'n Cream", is timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the influential anime series' original broadcast. The scent is built around a base of fruit scents, including pink grapefruit and melon, as well as an array of flowers, such as magnolias, heliotropes, lilies of the valley, and mimosas. The perfume is topped off with notes of wood and vanilla.
The perfume is packed in a set that includes a 25 milliliter glass bottle and a pink gold charm based on the design of Creamy Mami's magic wand from the anime series.
The perfume set retails for 4,200 yen (about US$42). Quantities are limited, and preorders will end when supplies are exhausted. The perfume will ship in September. Links:
