A man stole more than $1,600 worth of perfume from the JC Penny in Rock Hill on Saturday afternoon, according to a Rock Hill police report.
Basd on surveillance video, the store manager described the suspect as a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. He had a bald head and was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans. He took 27 individual bottles of perfume and put them in a bag, which was inside a silver Reebok bag.
The bottles were various scents from Cach and Dolce & Gabbana, ranging from $45 to $85 each. The theft was reported to police on Tuesday.
