I often wish I was the type of person with a signature fragrance–I think those people are so sophisticated. But unfortunately, I’m kind of a perfume hoarder.
Perfume is my last step when I get ready, and I like to cycle my fragrances out based on how I feel that day, what the weather is like, where I’m going, things like that. Of course, it goes without saying that I also have to like the way it smells.
Lately I’ve been really into lady-like scents, and Estee Lauder’s new Modern Muse definitely fits the bill. I love the mix of florals with woodier scents for fall, but it’s light enough to wear to work and not fumigate the whole office
