SAN ANTONIO -- A woman is facing theft charges after police say she stole more than $1,000 worth of perfume from a store on the Far West Side. Daphne Moore is accused of stealing several designer brands of perfume from the ULTA Beauty Store at Loop 1604 and Culebra Road. The arrest affidavit states surveillance cameras caught Moore, who was wearing a wig and scarf around her head, walking out the door with the stolen items.
